Danielle N. Bouchard, MA LPC
Practice Owner, Mental Health Therapist
Danielle earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Baylor University in 2003, followed by a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from St. Mary’s University in 2006, and another Master's in Counseling and Guidance with a focus on Community Mental Health from Texas A&M University-San Antonio in 2011. She has gained clinical experience across various settings, working with patients of all ages and diverse challenges. Danielle completed her practicum at the Bexar County Family Justice Center, offering individual and group counseling to domestic violence survivors, including both adults and children. In private practice, she has assisted clients dealing with life transitions, grief, addiction, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, and personality disorders. Additionally, she served as a psychiatric assessor at Nix Behavioral Health for five years, supporting patients in crisis at local emergency rooms and nursing homes, and facilitating inpatient psychiatric treatment as needed. Danielle's areas of expertise include mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, life changes, and grief, and she enjoys working with adults of all ages. Utilizing a primarily Person-Centered approach, she also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for her patients, particularly those facing anxiety, depression, and work-related stress. Danielle strongly believes in advocating for those who seek her help, particularly with setting boundaries in the workplace, and supports the need for respite when life becomes overwhelming. That said, Danielle educates her patients about available resources through their employers such as short-term disability and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), as well as requesting workplace accommodations to help you continue to work while also focusing on your well-being. Danielle offers appointments during the week on Monday-Wednesday between 9 AM and 4 PM and Friday between 9 AM and 2 PM as well as Saturday mornings between 9 AM and 11 AM to improve accessibility to treatment.

Rebecca Parisher, MA LPC
Mental Health Therapist
Rebecca is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy within the state of Texas.She obtained her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and herMasters in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M University- San Antonio. She has gained experience working with diverse populations in various settings including Inpatient Hospitalization, Partial Hospitalization, Community-based Mental Health, and within a non-profit mental health clinic. Rebecca specializes in working with adults who have been impacted by trauma, with a passion for working with those who have experienced sexual and/or relational trauma. She is also skilled in working with anxiety, mood disorders, grief, life transitions, stress and burnout. Rebecca provides an eclectic approach utilizing multiple treatment modalities- including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, that are tailored to each client's needs and goals. Rebecca believes her role as a therapist is to provide a listening ear to help determine what she can do to support each client along their path. Rebecca currently offers evening and Sunday afternoon appointments to increase accessibility.

Bria Johnson, M.Ed. LPC
Mental Health Therapist
Bria Johnson is an LPC with an M.Ed. in Counseling and Development from Lamar University. She has worked with clientele ranging in age from 4-90. Bria has a wide variety of experience with PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, personality disorders, self-harm/suicidal and homicidal ideation, substance/alcohol abuse, bipolar disorder, family/couples, postpartum depression and more (including victims of domestic abuse and sex trafficking). In her experience, she has become skilled in various theories and approaches including CBT, DBT, Emotion Focused, Exposure, Behavior, Group and more. Bria believes in overall health and meeting individuals where they are so that they may have a satisfying therapeutic journey at a comfortable pace. She understands that everyone's experiences are different so each individual will be catered to by their individual needs and will be with you every step along the way. Bria believes in providing both empathy while also challenging you and promises to provide an environment that is free of judgement and full of encouragement. She also believes that trust and honesty on both sides creates the perfect relationship for not only support, but quality of care. Bria wants you to be heard and proud of who you are, where you've been and where you are going! Let's start living your best life!
Bria is currently in network with Aetna, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Compsych EAP, CuraLinc EAP and Medicare with more insurances to come soon. She is available Mondays and Tuesdays starting at 8 AM and her last appointment at 5 PM.
