Danielle N. Bouchard, MA LPC

Danielle obtained a Bachelors from Baylor University in Psychology in 2003, then went on to obtain a Masters from St. Mary’s University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2006, and a Masters from Texas A&M University-San Antonio in Counseling and Guidance with an emphasis in Community Counseling in 2011. Danielle has clinical experience working in a variety of settings with patients of all ages and many types of issues. She completed her practicum at the Bexar County Family Justice Center providing individual and group counseling to victims of domestic violence, for both adults and children. In a private practice setting, she has worked with patients faced with life changes, grief, addiction issues, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD and personality disorders. She also worked at Nix Behavioral Health as a psychiatric assessor for 5 years seeing patients who are in crisis at area emergency rooms and nursing homes and facilitated inpatient psychiatric treatment if necessary and is very familiar with inpatient admission guidelines. Areas of expertise for Danielle include working with patients with mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, life changes and grief and she enjoys working with adults of all ages. Danielle employs a primarily Person-Centered approach, and will also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with Solution Focused Therapy as she strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for her patients. Danielle works with individual adults 18 and over who struggle with anxiety, depressed mood and work-related stress. She is in network with Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, Carelon (Beacon Health), Compsych, Humana, Magellan, Tricare and United Healthcare/Optum.

Rebecca Parisher, MA LPC
Mental Health Therapist
Rebecca is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy within the state of Texas.She obtained her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and herMasters in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M University- San Antonio. She has gained experience working with diverse populations in various settings including Inpatient Hospitalization, Partial Hospitalization, Community-based Mental Health, and within a non-profit mental health clinic. Rebecca specializes in working with adults who have been impacted by trauma, with a passion for working with those who have experienced sexual and/or relational trauma. She is also skilled in working with anxiety, mood disorders, grief, life transitions, stress and burnout. Rebecca provides an eclectic approach utilizing multiple treatment modalities- including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, that are tailored to each client's needs and goals. Rebecca believes her role as a therapist is to provide a listening ear to help determine what she can do to support each client along their path. Rebecca is currently in network with Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, Compsych, Magellan, Tricare and Optum/United Healthcare and offers some evening appointments as well.
