Client Portal
Access to the client portal will be granted by the office staff when you initially schedule. Through the portal, you may schedule appointments, send secure messages to your provider or office staff and you will access your video appointments through there as well. Support Groups
Sometimes is can be nice to be around and connect with others who are facing similar struggles. Here are some local groups that can provide a sense of belonging and community:

Mental Health Facilities in the San Antonio Area
If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, please go to one of the facilities listed below. Each are open 24/7 and will provide an assessment on a walk-in basis to determine if you need inpatient treatment to keep you safe. ​If you cannot get to one of these facilities, you may call 911 or you may have someone take you to the nearest ER for further evaluation.​
